At Civiworks we recognise the need and importance of maintaining an Occupational Health & Safety Policy that meets industry standards.

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures Manual integrates OHS risk management into our core business to develop a strategic and systematic approach to safety and prevention. With our culture of continuous improvement in OHS management, we aim to identify activities required to eliminate workplace injury working with our clients and SWMS requirements.

Civiworks are continually striving to advance the knowledge of our project team both on and off the field. Our staff attend multiple training sessions throughtout the year to update and maintain expertise and skills.

All employees undergo The Construction Industry Induction Card process, as required by the Victorian Construction Industry Agreement.
